For purposes ofsections 3.842and3.843, “commission” means the Legislative Coordinating Commission or a legislative commission or subcommittee established by the coordinating commission undersection 3.305, subdivision 6, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the coordinating commission undersections 3.842and3.843or other law requiring action by the coordinating commission on matters relating to administrative rules.
