Minnesota Statutes Lands and Minerals (Ch. 92-94) § 93.26. Leases to be filed

All leases, with the names and post office addresses of all parties in interest, issued by the commissioner under authority ofsections 93.14to93.285, before delivery shall be duly filed for record in the commissioner's office. A certificate of filing showing the date of filing shall be endorsed on each lease.
