Subdivision 1. Definition. “Apprentice data” means data on individuals collected, maintained, used, or disseminated because an individual has applied for or has been submitted for registration as an apprentice with the Division of Apprenticeship, or is currently or has been registered as an apprentice with the Division of Apprenticeship.
Subd. 2. Classification. Apprentice data are private data on individuals.
Subd. 3. Data sharing. Apprentice data may be shared with a state agency for the purpose of determining compliance withsection 116J.871or177.41to177.44. The division may provide apprentice data to the United States Department of Labor.
