Subdivision 1. Apprenticeship rules. Federal regulations governing apprenticeship, as provided byCode of Federal Regulations, title 29, parts 29,sections 29.1to29.6and29.11, and30, are the apprenticeship rules in this state, subject to amendment by this chapter or by rule undersection 178.041.
Subd. 2.State Apprenticeship Agency. The commissioner shall take all necessary steps as permitted by law to obtain and maintain the status of the division as a State Apprenticeship Agency recognized by the United States Department of Labor underCode of Federal Regulations, title 29, part 29,section 29.13.
