Minnesota Statutes Labor, Industry (Ch. 175-189) § 177.435. Facility construction; prevailing wage

Construction of value-added agricultural product processing facility financed in whole or in part with a loan or grant provided undersection 41A.035,41B.044, or41B.046is a “project” as that term is defined insection 177.42, subdivision 2. Contracts for the construction or expansion of a value-added agricultural product processing facility that is a project under this section must comply withsection 177.43if the loan or grant agreement was entered into on or after December 31, 1995.
