Minnesota Statutes Judiciary (Ch. 480-494) § 480.057. Promulgation

Subdivision 1. Effective date of rules; publication. All rules promulgated undersections 480.051to480.058are effective at a time fixed by the court. The rules must be published as part of Minnesota Statutes according tosection 3C.08.

Subd. 2. Printing, publishing, and distributing. The revisor of statutes shall print, publish, and distribute copies of the rules according tosection 3C.12.
