An insurer who provides insurance for limousines, defined insection 168.002, subdivision 15, shall provide insurance in a minimum aggregate amount of $1,500,000 per accident for each limousine covered. The insurance coverage may be provided by combining an underlying liability policy with an excess or umbrella policy as long as the minimum aggregate amount is met.
