Minnesota Statutes Insurance (Ch. 59A-79a) § 60L.15. Administrative hearings

Subdivision 1. Authorization. An insurer aggrieved by an order or any other act or failure to act of the commissioner regarding compliance withsections 60L.01to60L.15, may request a hearing by following the procedures of chapter 14.

Subd. 2. Private hearing. The commissioner shall hold hearings under this section privately unless the insurer requests a public hearing, in which case the hearing is public.
