Subdivision 1. Board to determine. The board shall determine whether claims submitted for payment are covered claims.
Subd. 2. Repealed by Laws 1981, c. 260, § 4.
Subd. 3. Claim denial; notification of appeal and review rights. If the board finds that a claim for which the claimant has requested payment out of the fund is not a covered claim or the board reduces the amount of or rejects the claim, the board shall notify the claimant in writing of the rights the claimant has undersection 60C.12.
