Minnesota Statutes Health (Ch. 144-159) § 148F.20. Violation of law

A provider shall not violate any law in which the facts giving rise to the violation involve the practice of alcohol and drug counseling as defined insections 148F.001to148F.205. In any board proceeding alleging a violation of this section, the proof of a conviction of a crime constitutes proof of the underlying factual elements necessary to that conviction.
