Minnesota Statutes Health (Ch. 144-159) § 148.5186. Application of audiology and speech-language pathology interstate compact to existing laws

Subdivision 1. Rulemaking. Rules developed by the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Compact Commission undersection 148.5185are not subject tosections 14.05to14.389.

Subd. 2. Background studies. The commissioner of health is authorized to require an audiologist or speech-language pathologist licensed in Minnesota as the home state to submit to a criminal history background check undersection 144.0572.
