Minnesota Statutes Employment and Economic Development (Ch. 268-269) § 268A.04. Disability determinations; privileged information

No communication or statement furnished by a physician or other professional person to the department or any other agency of the state for use in connection with an agreement or contractual relationship as contemplated insection 268A.03, clause (4), shall be made the subject of any slander, libel or defamation action.
