Minnesota Statutes Employment and Economic Development (Ch. 268-269) § 268.215. Day of the week and date requirement

(a) Every determination issued under this chapter must indicate the day of the week and the date, for example, Tuesday, August 1, 2006, that the determination is final and no longer subject to an appeal.

(b) Every decision issued by an unemployment law judge undersection 268.105, subdivision 1a, must indicate the day of the week and the date, for example, Tuesday, August 1, 2006, that the decision is final and no longer subject to reconsideration.
