Subdivision 1. In general.The definitions in chapter 200 apply to this chapter.
Subd. 2. Statewide office. For purposes of this chapter, “statewide office” means the office of governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, state auditor, secretary of state, chief justice or associate justice of the supreme court, judge of the court of appeals, or United States senator.
