Minnesota Statutes Education Code: Prekindergarten-Grade 12 (Ch. 120-129C) § 123B.85. Definitions

Subdivision 1. Application. The following words and terms insections 121A.585,121A.59,123B.84to123B.87,123B.90, and123B.91, shall have the following meanings ascribed to them.

Subd. 2. District. “District” means any school district as defined insection 120A.05.

Subd. 3. School. “School” means any school as defined insection 120A.22, subdivision 4.

Subd. 4. School board. “School board” means the governing body of any school district.

Subd. 5. School children. “School children” means any student or child attending or required to attend any school as provided in the Education Code, chapters 120A to 129C.
