Minnesota Statutes Education Code: Prekindergarten-Grade 12 (Ch. 120-129C) § 123B.68. Approval; application forms

Subdivision 1. Approval by commissioner. The commissioner of education may approve or disapprove applications undersection 123B.69. The grant money must be used only to remove architectural barriers from a building or site.

Subd. 2. Application forms. The commissioner shall prepare application forms and establish application dates.

Subd. 3. Match. A district applying for a grant under this section must match the grant with local district funds.
