Subdivision 1. Licensure applications. Each applicant submitting an application to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board to issue, renew, or extend a teaching license, including applications for licensure via portfolio under subdivision 4, must include a processing fee of $57. The fees as set by the board are nonrefundable for applicants not qualifying for a license.
