Minnesota Statutes Economic Development and Planning (Ch. 116J-116O) § 116J.559. Loans

The commissioner may provide loans and grants that meet the criteria of the Brownfields Revitalization and Environmental Restoration Act of 2001,Public Law 107-118, title II,  1under the authority of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, from the account established insection 116J.551, subdivision 2. The commissioner shall prioritize the projects pursuant tosection 116J.555.
