(a) The court shall hear a motion undersection 554.09not later than 60 days after filing of the motion, unless the court orders a later hearing:

(b) If the court orders a later hearing under paragraph (a), clause (1), the court shall hear the motion undersection 554.09not later than 60 days after the court order allowing the discovery, unless the court orders a later hearing under paragraph (a), clause (2).
