Subdivision 1. Scope. The sections referred to in this section are codified outside this chapter. Those sections classify court services data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing.
Subd. 2. Name changes of protected witnesses and victims. Court records of name changes of participants in a witness and victim protection program are governed bysection 259.10, subdivision 2.
Subd. 3. Felony conviction data; voter registration. Felony conviction data reported to the secretary of state is governed bysection 201.145.
