Minnesota Statutes Criminal Procedure. Peace Officers. Privacy of Communications (Ch. 625-634) § 626.54. Application of sections 626.52 to 626.55

The requirements ofsections 626.52to626.55shall not apply to a nurse employed in a hospital nor to a nurse regularly employed by a physician, surgeon, or other person practicing healing, where the employer has made a proper report in compliance therewith.
