Minnesota Statutes Commercial Regulations (Ch. 80B-81A) § 80E.15. Manufacturers, distributors, factory branches acting as lessors

A manufacturer, distributor or factory branch acting in the capacity of lessor of buildings or facilities to a new motor vehicle dealer may not take any actions or include in a lease agreement relating to those buildings or facilities any provisions which would be in contravention of or prohibited bysections 80E.01to80E.17.
