Minnesota Statutes Civil Actions (Ch. 604-605) § 604A.13. Miscellaneous volunteer and charitable activities

A person who acts in accordance with chapter 525A or the applicable anatomical gift law of another state or who attempts in good faith to do so, is immune from liability as provided insection 525A.18.
