The articles of organization of a limited liability company may be amended at any time to include or modify any provision that is required or permitted to appear in the articles or to omit any provision not required to be included in the articles, except that when articles are amended to restate them, the name and address of each organizer may be omitted. Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, the articles may be amended or modified only in accordance withsections 322B.14to322B.16. An amendment that merely restates the then existing articles of organization, as amended, is not an amendment for the purposes ofsection 322B.63, subdivision 2, or322B.33, subdivision 9.
