Subdivision 1. Qualifications. Any person qualified undersection 576.26may be appointed as a receiver. A receiver shall give bond as required bysection 576.27.
Subd. 2. Powers. A receiver may sue and defend all actions as receiver of the corporation. The court appointing the receiver has exclusive jurisdiction over the corporation, the receiver, and all receivership property pursuant tosection 576.23.
