A “JCC” means a nonprofit religious organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 1 known as the Jewish Community Center of Greater Minneapolis or the Jewish Community Center of Greater St. Paul and organized for the purpose of serving the cultural, educational, and recreational needs of the Jewish community.
