Minnesota Statutes Business, Social, and Charitable Organizations (Ch. 300-323A) § 306.85. Application

Sections 306.76to306.85apply to cemetery associations mentioned insection 306.76maintaining those cemeteries in cities existing under a charter framed under the Minnesota Constitution. The governing body of a corporate public cemetery association wishing to avail itself of the benefits ofsections 306.76to306.85may do so by adoption of a resolution by a two-thirds vote of the governing board.Sections 306.76to306.85do not apply to cemeteries established by religious corporations, nor to private cemetery associations.
