Subdivision 1. Scope. As used insections 129D.11to129D.14, the terms defined in this section have the meanings here given them.
Subd. 2. Public station. “Public station” means a station holding a license or operating under a program test authority from the Federal Communications Commission as a noncommercial educational television broadcast station within this state or a station outside the state which received funds undersection 129D.13in 1976.
Subd. 3. Commissioner. “Commissioner” means the commissioner of administration.
