Minnesota Statutes Animals and Property (Ch. 343-348) § 347.40. Exceptions

Sections 347.31to347.40shall in no way apply to any veterinarian licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota who keeps, congregates, or confines dogs or cats in the normal pursuit of the practice of veterinary medicine.
