Each of the provisions ofsections 41B.01to41B.23, and each application thereof to particular circumstances, is severable. If any provision or application is found to be unconstitutional and void, it is the intention that the remaining provisions and applications shall be valid and enforceable to the full extent possible undersection 645.20. The supreme court shall have original jurisdiction, pursuant toarticle VI, section 2 of the constitution, in all cases seeking a remedy based upon an issue raised as to the validity of any such provision or application.
