Minnesota Statutes Agriculture (Ch. 17-42) § 41A.19. Report; incentive programs

By January 15 each year, the commissioner shall report on the incentive programs undersections 41A.16,41A.17,41A.18, and41A.20to the legislative committees with jurisdiction over environment and agriculture policy and finance. The report shall include information on production and incentive expenditures under the programs.
