Subdivision 1. Terms.For the purposes ofsections 35.73to35.80the terms defined in this section have the meanings given.

Subd. 3. Repealed byLaws 1996, c. 310, § 1; Laws 1997, c. 7, art. 1, § 171.
Subd. 4. Garbage. “Garbage” means animal or vegetable refuse, including all waste material, by-products of a kitchen, restaurant, or slaughter house, and refuse accumulation of animal, fruit, or vegetable matter, liquid or solid, but does not mean vegetable waste or by-products resulting from the manufacture or processing of canned or frozen vegetables or materials exempted undersection 35.751.
