All poultry and poultry products shipped under the authority ofsections 29.021to29.081shall be uniformly labeled with designs prescribed and furnished by the commissioner of agriculture; provided that all labeling pertaining to disease or freedom therefrom shall first be approved by the Board of Animal Health.
