The noxious weed and invasive plant species assistance account is created in the agricultural fund. The account may be used to carry out the purposes ofsection 18.90. Any money transferred or appropriated to the account and any money received by the account as gifts or grants or other private or public funds obtained for the purposes insection 18.91must be credited to the account. The money in the account is annually appropriated to the commissioner to implementsection 18.90.
