Minnesota Statutes Administration and Finance (Ch. 16A-16E) § 16B.298. Surplus property

Notwithstandingsection 15.054or16B.2975, the commissioner may sell a surplus gun used by a state trooper to the trooper who used the gun in the course of employment. The sale price must be the fair market value of the gun, as determined by the commissioner.
