Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapters 61 to 75 Villages § 74.23i

Sec. 23i. A new petition shall not be filed under section 18a of this chapter  1 less than 2 years after the election if the disincorporation is disapproved by the electors at an election held pursuant to section 18a or 23g of this chapter.  2
