Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapters 61 to 75 Villages § 69.16

Sec. 16. Immediately upon receiving the tax roll, with the warrant annexed, as provided in section 15 of this chapter,  1 the treasurer shall proceed to collect the taxes levied according to the direction of the warrant, together with the fees authorized by law.
