Compiled Laws, Chapter 750. Michigan Penal Code § 750.424

Sec. 424. SUBORNATION OF PERJURY--Any person who shall be guilty of subornation of perjury, by procuring another person to commit the crime of perjury, shall be punished as provided in the next preceding section.  1
