Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 729. Police Courts § 729.216

Sec. 16. No person shall be required to serve as a juror in said court more than 4 times within any calendar year. A person who shall be upon the jury list provided in section 3 hereof  1 shall not again be placed on said list for a period of 2 years.
