Sec. 17. Notwithstanding section 7 or 8, 1 an interested person may file a petition in the court for an order to limit, eliminate, or modify the personal representative's powers with respect to the decedent's digital assets. On receipt of a petition under this section, the court shall set a date for a hearing on the petition. The hearing date must not be less than 14 days or more than 56 days after the date the petition is filed, except for good cause.
