Sec. 6140. Any order under this chapter which affects or may limit the alienability of real property, or a certified copy thereof, may be filed for record in the office of the register of deeds of the county in which such real property is situated together with a description of the real property involved. The register of deeds shall record such notice as if filed under Chapter 27 1 and it shall have the same effect.
