Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 600. Revised Judicature Act of 1961 § 600.2127

Sec. 2127. The original affidavit so filed pursuant to the 2 last sections 2125 and 2126,  1 and copies thereof duly certified by the officer in whose custody the same shall be, shall be presumptive evidence in all cases, of the facts contained in such affidavits.
