Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 550. General Insurance Laws § 550.1501a

Sec. 501a. A health care corporation may enter into special participating contracts with health care providers for the provision of primary health care benefits to children enrolled in a Michigan caring program created under section 436.  1 Special participating contracts entered into under this section are not subject to sections 502 to 518.  2
