Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 500. Insurance Code of 1956 § 500.6502

Sec. 6502. Subject to the requirements of chapters 50 and 52,  1 any number of persons, not less than 7, who are residents of this state, may form a limited liability pool for the purpose of carrying on upon the assessment or cooperative plan, liability insurance as provided in section 6506.  2
