Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 500. Insurance Code of 1956 § 500.4008

Sec. 4008. (1) No policy of life insurance shall be issued in this state unless it contains the provisions set forth in sections 4010 through 4036.  1

(2) Any of such provisions or portion thereof relating to premiums not applicable to single premium policies, shall to that extent not be incorporated therein.
