Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 487. Financial Institutions § 487.3222

Sec. 222. The commissioner may apply to the circuit court of the county in which the home office of the savings bank is located, or in the circuit court for Ingham county, for the enforcement of an effective and outstanding notice or order issued under sections 215 to 225,  1 including any temporary cease and desist order issued under section 216(1),  2 and the court shall have jurisdiction to order and require compliance with the notice or order. Except as otherwise provided in this act, a court shall not have jurisdiction to review, modify, suspend, terminate, or set aside a notice or order under this section.
