Sec. 2313. A service required or authorized to be made by the commissioner under this section or section 2304, 2305, 2306, 2308, 2310, or 2314 1 may be made by registered or certified mail, or in any other manner reasonably calculated to give actual notice. Copies of a notice or order served by the commissioner upon an institution or any person participating in the conduct of the institution's affairs, under section 2304, 2305, 2306, 2308, or 2310 2 shall also be sent to the appropriate federal and out-of-state bank, association, and savings bank regulatory agencies.
