Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 45. Counties § 45.411

Sec. 1. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, members of county boards, departments, authorities, and commissions receiving statutory compensation the same as members of the boards of commissioners shall receive compensation as determined by the county board of commissioners.
