Sec. 106. If a meeting of the township boards of 2 or more townships is required pursuant to sections 104 to 109 1 of this chapter, a meeting may be called by any of the supervisors, but the supervisor calling the meeting shall give in writing to all the other officers at least 6 days' notice of the time and place at which the meeting is to be held. The meeting shall be held in compliance with the open meetings act, Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, being sections 15.261 to 15.275 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
