Sec. 14e. In order to educate employers, employees, and the public about the hazards of exposure to hazardous chemicals and the requirements of the occupational safety and health hazard communication standard incorporated by reference in section 14a 1 and the requirements of sections 14b to 14l, 2 the department of licensing and regulatory affairs shall distribute periodically public service announcements to newspapers and television and radio stations throughout this state.
